The remaining payment balance of the retreat package you choose is due by December 1st, 2022. If space is available and you are registering after December 1st, payment in full is required at the time of registration. All payments are non-refundable. Prices do not include airfare.

The escape from the city and into the jungle will set the foundation for the week to come. Every meal will be carefully selected by Ayurvedic Practitioner, James Nohinek and prepared by an amazing private chef in Ama Tierra’s farm-to-table restaurant. Enjoy the freshest food in all of Costa Rica. Meals are accented by delicious spices such as fresh turmeric, ginger, basil and lemongrass grown on site in Ama Tierra’s very own permaculture farm.
Reset and re-ignite the body through a week of Ayurvedic meals, daily yoga, meditation, shamanic breath work, reiki, self inquiry exercises, dance, and tantric practices designed to build connection and community.
Expect many opportunities for rest and relaxation. And, since you are coming all this way, we have included in the price of this package, a day excursion to a world famous beach and a tour of a National Park. Another day we visit a local waterfall.
Throughout the week, you will be guided on a journey so that you can nestle back into the sacred wholeness that is innately inside you.
Travel Information
The airport to fly into that is closest to Ama Tierra is San Jose International Airport.
Costa Rica does not observe daylight savings, so Costa Rica time is an hour before CST.
It will take an hour to get from San Jose International Airport to Ama Tierra.
Transportation
We have made transportation very easy and have coordinated for a van to pick you up from the airport and to take you back to the airport.
Health and Safety Information
No health insurance or vaccines are required in order to travel to Costa Rica.
